牙槽裂是最常见的先天性骨缺损。自体髂骨移植(ICBG)是牙槽裂修复最广泛采用的方法,但存在供区并发症。本研究首次使用骨髓单核细胞(BMMNCs)联合β磷酸三钙(βTCP)颗粒修复牙槽骨缺损。通过12个月的随访,比较该技术与自体ICBG的有效性。通过三维计算机断层扫描和计算机辅助工程技术定量评估骨形成体积。BMMNCs/βTCP颗粒移植在牙槽裂修复中的影像学效果与ICBG相当。尽管术后6个月观察到明显的吸收,但两组在Chelsea评分和骨形成体积上无显著差异。这些结果表明,BMMNCs/βTCP移植是一种安全有效的牙槽骨再生方法。  

Abstract:

Alveolar cleft is the most common congenital bone defect. Autologous iliac crest bone graft (ICBG) is the most widely adopted procedure for alveolar cleft repair, but the condition is associated with donorsite morbidities. For the first time, this study used bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNCs) combined with betatricalcium phosphate (βTCP) granules to repair alveolar bone defect. The effectiveness of this technique was compared with autologous ICBG after 12 months of followup. The bone formation volume was quantitatively evaluated by threedimensional computed tomography and computer aided engineering technology. BMMNCs/βTCP granule grafting was radiographically equivalent to ICBG in alveolar cleft repair. Although considerable resorption was observed up to 6 months after surgery, no significant differences were noted in the Chelsea score and bone formation volume between groups. These finding indicate that BMMNCs/βTCP grafting is a safe and effective approach for alveolar bone regeneration.
