通过使用Ansys对骨切割过程进行有限元分析发现,不同材料刀具的切削刃角和切削速度对工件和刀具的性能有显著影响。结果表明,D2刀具对加工材料的损伤最小,在工件上产生的主应力最大,刀具上的等效应力最小。这表明D2材料在提高刀具性能和稳定性方面具有显著优势,适用于需要高精度和低损伤的切割任务。
Abstract:
By conducting finite element analysis on the process of bone cutting using Ansys, it was found that the cutting edge angle and cutting speed of different material tools have a significant impact on the performance of the workpiece and tool. The results indicate that the D2 tool causes the least damage to the processed material, generates the maximum principal stress on the workpiece, and experiences the minimum equivalent stress on the tool. This indicates that D2 material has significant advantages in improving tool performance and stability and is suitable for cutting tasks that require high precision and low damage.
